ITS MISSION To provide community services that promote health and prevent diseases and reach out to care for those who are in need by providing outstanding and compassionate health care. ITS GOALS To disseminate information about HIV/AIDS and preventable diseases. Educate minority communities about other public health diseases through Radio, TV, Flyers, Workshops, Plays and Street Outreach. Organize activities to educate our youth especially about healthcare concerns. APHEC HISTORY APHEC International, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Nurse Anna Pierre, who saw the need to educate the Haitian Community of South Florida, during the early years of the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
